Industry Expert Narendra Karadia Joins FEST as Chief Design Officer

Singapore, September 1– FEST, an EV tech pioneer and manufacturer of electric light commercial vehicles (e-LCVs) and software solutions, appoints Narendra Karadia as its Chief Design Officer (CDO). With over 30 years of global experience in car design, Narendra brings extensive expertise in both exterior and interior design to FEST, further strengthening the company's commitment to delivering innovative and visually appealing mobility solutions.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various countries such as the United Kingdom , Germany, the United States and China, gaining comprehensive global design expertise. After graduating from the Art Centre Europe in Switzerland, he began his illustrious career in the automotive industry as a designer at VW in Germany, where he played a vital role in shaping the interior design language of the brand. During his time at VW, Narendra contributed to the creation of captivating interior spaces that combined functionality with aesthetic appeal, which ultimately resulted in VW Touareg's acclaimed interior.

Following his successful tenure at VW, Narendra joined Ford in Germany as a Senior Interior Designer and was quickly promoted to Chief designer. In this new role, he demonstrated his talent and creativity by designing interiors that embodied the brand's values while incorporating innovative features seen in the global success of the Ford Fiesta and Transit van to name a few.  During his tenure at JLR he penned the New Range Rover Interior, which was lauded by many to be the most luxurious interior in the world at the time.

During his time at Audi Design as a Manager, Narendra has overseen all Audi Design-related work and participated in global projects. Narendra's experience also includes his tenure as a manager at Geely Design, where he was responsible for various programs and platforms, including commercial vehicles. His involvement extended to other commercial vehicles under Geely, LEVC and Farizon Auto.
