FEST Announces Major Strategic Partnerships for Its Vehicle Distribution in France

Singapore/Paris, September 28, 2023 – At the Lyon Motor Show and the official presentation of its E-Box M electric van, FEST advances its market entry in France through well established car distributor groups in France. These strategic partnerships will allow right from the start to offer customers the know-how and service quality of renowned companies in sales and after-sales.

With these cooperations, FEST will be present simultaneously with the launch of the E-BOX M, in early October, in the main urban areas of France. Pascal Michoud, director of the FEST network, announces that several crucial partnerships have been signed. These include the Bauer group in the Paris region, De Willermin in the Rhône Valley and as far as Marseille, Suma in Lyon and the north of the capital of Gaul and Cavallari on the French Riviera. Other recognized players are joining this growing network, allowing FEST to quickly cover the main cities of the country for the sale and after-sale services of its first E-Box M light commercial vehicle.

For these partners, FEST offers the opportunity to expand their portfolios of sustainable commercial vehicles and mobility services. This new proposition is all the more important for professionals located in urban areas where charging infrastructure is developing rapidly and CO2emissions from commercial vehicles are less and less tolerated and must be reduced quickly. FEST offers customers peace of mind from the start thanks to efficient and immediate access to sales and service points for their future electric LCV. Eventually, FEST will offer fleet and vehicle management solutions for professionals leveraging artificial intelligence via a digital platform.

Before appearing in showrooms in October, the E-BOX M is exhibited for the first time at the Lyon Motor Show from September 28. The electric van is displayed on the stand of Suma where its extremely competitive net price of 29 900 € (without VAT) including 5 years warranty for vehicle and battery is revealed.

Well equipped as standard, including an air-conditioned cabin, the E-BOX M offers three doors, a spacious cargo area of 4.7 m3, coupled with an impressive payload of more than one tonne and a range of 270 km (WLTP mixed) or 345 km (WLTP city). Its compact external dimensions allow it to maneuver even in the narrow streets of cities. These features make it the ideal vehicle in high-traffic areas. Backed by well recognized distributors on the French market, the E-Box M offers craftsmen, delivery services, large companies or communities a versatile mobility tool predominantly in urban areas.

Thierry Tanfin, Managing Director of Bauer : « For more than 25years, Bauer Paris has been a premium distributor and repairer in Paris andÎle-de-France, with a true focus on innovation, service and customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by its new mobility branch "Dock B byBauer Paris" created in 2023 in Saint-Ouen. It is the latter that will market the FEST brand to customers located at Ile-de-France looking for a 100% electric and modular LCV. The objective of the Bauer Paris Group is to facilitate mobility in the city for their customers and to offer a new range of products and services to professionals. »

Henri de Willermin, President of De Willermin : "This year, the De Willermin Group celebrates its 50th anniversary and continues its development with new brands, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment. In this field, Fest Auto appeared as a great opportunity for the following reasons: their ambitious product plan by 2027; a plant with a large production capacity; a 5-year warranty on each of its vehicles and an aggressive price positioning. Fest Autothus demonstrates its ambition to become a key player in electric commercial vehicles and the De Willermin group is ready to put its know-how at the service of the development of this new player on the market."

« Beyond the product itself and its positioning, which perfectly meet market expectations, it is the attention paid to customers that must be highlighted. Customer support and especially after-sales operations were integrated from the start. This immediate consideration ensures customers permanent follow-up, proximity, serenity and the confidence necessary for the acquisition of a vehicle of the FEST brand. This is certainly one of the major differentiating aspects of FEST compared to other brands selling vehicles of the same type. The relationship with the manufacturer, through network development, is demanding but fluid, transparent and based on partnership. " says Richard Vives, President of Suma.
